Do I need a PocketLink account?

No. On-device mode works from the first launch. Client records, follow-ups, search, editing, and local reminders do not depend on a PocketLink account or server.

What can I do for free?

Manage up to 30 clients with complete follow-up, reminders, search, editing, and JSON export. Existing records are never hidden when you reach the limit.

What does Premium unlock?

Premium is a one-time non-consumable purchase that unlocks unlimited clients, iCloud sync, unlimited JSON imports, and Feishu connection. Your regional App Store displays the actual price.

Where are data and credentials kept after I connect Feishu?

Feishu Base becomes the sole primary source while SwiftData is an on-device cache. The iPhone connects directly to Feishu Open Platform. Your App ID and App Secret stay in this device's system Keychain and are not sent to a PocketLink server.

What happens to my data after a refund or purchase revocation?

Premium access stops, but existing on-device clients remain available to view, edit, and export. If iCloud or Feishu is active, PocketLink guides you through a safe move back to on-device storage.
